LOS ANGELES (CelebrityAccess) — United Talent Agency announced the addition of Mike “Mike G” Guirguis, Bex Majors, and Billy Wood as agents in the music department.
Before joining the UTA team, Guirguis founded and led NiteVision Management where he managed such notable artists as Chris Brown, Teyana Taylor, DJ Sourmilk, and Dave Aude among others.
Wood will be based in the company's London offices where he will book international dates for Christina Milian, Dappy, Diggy Simmons, Fekky, Grim Sickers, Run DMC, Solo 45, Stylo G and Tinchy Stryder. Prior to UTA, Wood was an agent at Mission Control and William Morris Endeavor. He started his career as an agent in 2007 at Create Music.
In addition, UTA announced that UK agent Bex Majors has moved to the U.S. and will be based out of the agency’s Beverly Hills office, where she will handle international dates for Amanda Palmer, PVRIS, Neck Deep, Halestorm, Highly Suspect, Creeper, Starset, Attila, The King Blues, K.Flay, and Manchester Orchestra, among others.
The new additions come on the the heels of a spate of new hires at the agency, including appointment of Greg Janese to lead the agency’s corporate and special events division, along with the recent announcements of Rob Walker as a music agent and Toni Wallace as head of Music Brand Partnerships. He will be based in UTA's Los Angeles offices.
